Delivery
Complimentary insured shipping
All Chronos demo orders include tracked, fully insured US delivery with signature required. Standard delivery is shown as 2–4 business days.
Priority delivery
Next-business-day delivery is available at checkout for a demo $45 fee. Boutique collection is also available.
International
The template is ready for localized tax, duty, currency, and address rules, while this demo storefront uses US pricing.
Returns
30-day review period
Unworn watches may be returned within 30 days with protective films, accessories, warranty materials, and packaging intact.
Secure return
A production implementation can generate an insured label and require carrier acceptance scanning before the shipment enters the return workflow.
Inspection & refund
Returned watches are inspected before refund. Any sizing marks, engraving, or bespoke strap work can be handled according to your final store policy.
